Back bending sequence with a chair - In this class we make use of the yoga chair in order to inform our approach to some of the back bending postures. Our sequence begins with Downward facing dog pose to Upward facing dog pose with the hands on the chair. This variation is often more accessible than when practicing with hands on the floor. Thanks for this very well made video.instructions are very clear. I have been struggling in my back bends . practicing Iyengar yoga for last 3 years

Thank you for the instruction. Is there a way to prevent the chair from collapsing with the backbend done at 13:30?
