The hornets nest when you first came upon it appeared to be a large mushroom, that was amazing. That's the largest hornets nest I've ever seen! Thank you for the mention of a travel bread (Logan Bread) I didn't know about that, it will certainly help while out on the farm. We'll be farming 4.5k acres when we move to the family farm, we go up there most weekends as it is now to help but when my husband retires that's where we'll be. So now I've something especially helpful to make for the guys. Hope you had a great time on Fisheating Creek, it was beautiful and I loved seeing the sights. ~Be Blessed
+Zachary O'Connell Yeah I've spent too many nights feeling like a floating station for mosquitoes and that sound all night is like torture. Thanks for watching
The spring season is the best when the water is just high enough for the river to be navigable. The fishing is awesome then and the alligators are plentiful. 🤣
Idea: 1) Get a drone (with a camera) 2) Tape a stick to the drone 3) Go back to the area of the hornet's nest, but stand REALLY far away from the nest itelf 4) Seriously, far away 5) fly the drone stick-first into the nest 6) Upload to RU-vid
Glad to see you back Tim. Man... If I found chairs in the middle of nowhere I would of kept paddling. That's some deliverance banjo action just waiting to happen lol. That place looks amazing though I could totally spend a week out there.
Nice trip Tim. I love gators and use to work with them at Gator Jungle (Plant City) and at Gatorland (Orlando). Take care and be safe. ENJOY....THE SIMPLE LIFE
Looks peaceful. What ever happened to the anole? At least all they left at that campsite was a chair, if it was a banjo, I would have been paddling back towards home.
