So do you keep the weight the same on all 4 sets and then just go to failure on the last set with a drop set? Or do you ramp the weight up each set and finish with a top set?
No, you will have some sore days but if ur sticking to ur routine the muscle soreness is MUCH less than when u started. Also cold therapy like cold shower or cold plunge help with recovering a lot to.
