Workout: Heavy controlled row: first 3 sets feeder sets then last set 8 reps should be failure with a drop set to failure Lat pulldowns: 4×12 Cable back pulls: 4×12 Rear delt flyes: 4×12 EZ bar curl: 3×12 Hammer curls: 3×12 Wasn't sure what the third back exercise was called and, i kinda just guessed the fourth one as well.

So do you keep the weight the same on all 4 sets and then just go to failure on the last set with a drop set? Or do you ramp the weight up each set and finish with a top set?

No, you will have some sore days but if ur sticking to ur routine the muscle soreness is MUCH less than when u started. Also cold therapy like cold shower or cold plunge help with recovering a lot to.
