I finally saw a FB ad on this similar belt. I bought the Amazon knock off. My back felt so much better after the 1st 30 minutes, and after a couple hours after the 2nd 30 minutes.

I purchased this almost 2 years ago and it really helped my sciatica. That’s why I first got it. Now I have found out I have degenerated discs...L5-S1, ruptured discs T-14, scoliosis (some), and my spine is somewhat “out of alignment” ... mostly at lower back. This device is a game changer! I still do ab/core exercises to strengthen my back as well. I got mine from E-Bay....brand new for around $44.

I am in Italy and have been using this for 2 years now , mine is worn out by now , had it for 20 euros back then from eBay , I need to get new one , that thing really really works ::))) it s worth every penny

I just ordered one I’ve got 2 herniated discs my L5 being the problem child that has both sciatic nerves pinch and have been in severe pain for 3 months. I go in to get back injections in a couple days so I’m hoping with the injections and the help from the back reliever I can get some relief 🙏 thank you for the review!!

I've never seen an inflatable one before. That's interesting! I suffer from Ankylosing Spondylitis where part of my (lower) spine is fused and I have REALLY bad, severe lower back pain. Back braces don't work because the pain is really low on my back, going into my tailbone / sacral area. So I've been looking into hip belts. I did order one off Amazon. Haven't been able to find an inflatable one - but I like the idea! Right now I use a regular belt that I loosen when I put on and then I cinch it as tight as it will go - around my lower belly.

Bought a cheap beer yesterday and my whole mood changed as a sciatica sufferer for last 6 months Saw a chiropractor and issue is spine slightly on the bend and hips not level(1 short leg) pinching on the nerves Much much happier and best thing is you wouldn't even know I had it on under my shirt

Hope your back is feeling better! Have you ever tried an inversion table ? So glad it helps you! Im a chiropractor, stretching helps me so much.. exercise ball, gently bending backwards

I would put Chiropractor first serious spine injuries like mine can only be managed I’m up to 38 years the injury,and still on my feet took many years to be able to walk but it’s a constant battle. Not to have to live with unbearable pain is a bonus.

So I did Physical Therapy after getting diagnosed with Sciatica, and then when I got my massages I just told my therapist I had sciatic pain and she really focused on my low back. I don't have anything much more specific, sorry!

Shock wave helps, as well as needling, cupping and spine decompressing. See a chiropractic and a physiotherapist for that.

I have moderate disc bulges left/right nerve impingement at L2-L3, with para central bulge that punctured the dura (wet bulge). Plus the same at L5-S1, but the para central bulge went down in to the sacral space causing an odd cauda equina of S roots. Pain fully under and through of the Perineal muscles, behind testes back all the way up to and under the coccyx. Pelvic floor, anal muscle, bladder and bowel dysfunction. Will this help with disc space and hydration of all the lumbar discs?

I wore it for about 3 weeks to stabilise my lower back. You need it fairly tight. It fits snugly when inflated. It’s a bit bulky at times as well when you don’t want to feel that way. The inflation also cuts off a bit of circulation because it needs to be tight. Not something for long term. Mostly use it until you get cortisone injection.

use magnesium oil spray every night before bed. everyone is deficient in magnesium... it helps control aches & pains among many other things. mag pills are not that absorbable. i like ease brand. can also lose some weight, maybe 5, 10 pounds

Yes, but I find it's more effective when sitting or standing.

It's not recommended to wear laying down. My chiropractor said to not wear it more than 6 hours if you decide to wear it that long if your pain is bad. It's mainly to be worn when you are in pain if you're going to be up and about or are gonna be sitting down for extended periods like desk jobs, driving, or sitting in school. It helps your posture stay more straight which inturn takes pressure off your nerve if you're suffering from any form of disc herniation.

@@olgamikhaylyuk9393 I noticed mine has a lot of tiny holes all over it I tested it by passing soapy water over it and blew it up and I saw the bubbles so that's why it's not staying inflated...

I just wanted to say that I own the name brand version of the one in this video. Mine has the red cross logo. I don’t remember what I paid but it does look to be identical in every way. Except mine didn’t come with a case.

Thanks for asking - My back has been better for quite a while! I do use it occasionally in the morning if I'm feeling like my back feels compressed, but for the most part I'm just waiting till the pain flares back (usually ~once a year for some reason haha).
