Large Swiss Ball, either on a weight bench (with both ends hinged up a little to help keep the ball in place), or on the floor, and ankle weights. Instead of ankle weights, you can use a stretch band passing under a heavy dumbbell or kettlebell to anchor it in the middle, and the ends around your ankles.
What is the average hip thrust for a guy? Trained vs. not trained. Ive been able to get 765lb pretty easily and it seems strange that it’s just not that hard but I don’t see any guys actually doing a hip thrust so its harder to compare. I can deadlift around 615ish for reference.
Will VM I can believe it. Since as a guy thats not insanely huge (215lb). I can probably max out somewhere between 800-900. Ive seen many women get around 200lb for reps
