How about making a brass key instead of the plastic covered ones, maybe have it engraved with dog house customs, bikes looking awesome.

seems like you could get away with a much smaller chain? no idea what available for these what do you need like 5000lb max rating? maybe a 450 can handle that and it takes less power to turn a smaller chain, free up a few hp..
