Not only that, BUT YOUR OWN CHILD! Your flesh and blood! What mentally has to be wrong with the woman to get her to behave so aggressively with her own child

😂😂 reminds me of the first time i cooked and when i asked my mother how i did she told me that if you are hungry enough you'll eat anything😂😂😂😂 i made rice and cabbage (impossible to mess this up) because in those days she was super religious and therefore vegetarian. I don't think I really did a bad job because my sister and little bro ate without complaints.

NTA while i do think divorce is necessary, I feel like there is some other reason behind your wife acting like this out of nowhere (or this story is just fake). Her friend is a MAJOR AH for enabling and lying to someone who is very clearly mentally ill.

imo the wife doesn't want her children to be capable of doing stuff around the house because she will eventually need to get a job if they don't need a 24hrs SAHM anymore

Not that big of a problem my ass take your kids, get a divorce and run as far away from that psycho as you can that’s not normal behavior no mother should ever get that upset and vindictive towards their child over something that simple

If this is a real story, then OP should have woken up early to cook for the family. It would show his kids that men can cook too. On weekends he could have planed to cook things with his kids. If the wife does not want them to cook there they could have went to his parents' place. Maybe the grandparents would have been happy to cook with his son too.

All the top chefs in the world are men. In fact, when i first got married it was my husband who taught me how to cook😅
