I remember one guy waving at me and giving me a thumbs up whilst i was running at one point. Im a normal healthy weight but insecure af, and the insecure part of me disliked it, but then i realised like, someone out here is passively supporting me!! I ended up waving back, smiling and continued my run. I understand the insecurity Anna projected, but it was sooo unnecessary. Shes not that interesting that someone would go out of their way to patronize her..

Alex! The first step to change is considering it! Quitting nicotine vapes are soooo hard, but I definitely recommend getting a lower percentage and then trying not to hit it as much! Plus lots of caffeine when you finally go cold turkey, good luck!! I’m about 2 years nicotine free, feel so much better, much less anxious now!!
I’ll throw in my 2 cents. As an alternative to increasing your caffeine intake (which can increase your anxiety), just sleep as much as you feel like in the first few days of your quit. Obviously this is difficult if you have kids or a job that interferes with sleeping the day away, but I quit over a long weekend, I was so tired that I just slept through the worst of the detox phase. Nicotine free for 2+ years as well. Congrats and good luck to all you quitters out there!
@@marissa1751 Going cold turkey can be dangerous if you are addicted. That’s why it makes a difference to clarify that you are weening yourself off. It’s not about semantics, but about how overwhelming it can be to quit from the addicts perspective, and how dangerous it can be from a health provider perspective.

You're right Alex- if she's "on track" then she should not be gaining at all, even if she isn't losing. It is so easy to lose weight when you are doing a caloric deficit and being more active at her weight. She is LYEEEEN! That's why she seems so upbeat, because she's talking to somebody and back on her shit..there is no way she is telling the truth, and I also don't think she pushes herself enough physically.
I’m from anchorage Alaska. We get about 7 days of fall and we call spring “break up season,” because it’s all just mud and snirt (snow dirt). And winter here can be 8 months, October-May. Not every year, but it has snowed on Memorial Day before. IM NOT JEALOUS OF YOUR FOUR SEASONS

You don’t gain weight in “starvation mode.” Starvation mode is when you’re actually starving (as in, almost no fat stores left + reduced caloric intake), and all it means is that your metabolism slows down to save calories by not wasting it on things like giving you loads of energy or helping you think. As someone who is trying to lose weight and often feels insecure at the gym or out in public, I actually appreciate people encouraging me. Especially if they seem athletic and know what they're doing lol. She feels deeply insecure and it shows. I love Megan for how she addresses the issue.
Amber does not enjoy the stuff she buys, she enjoys the act of buying. Twinkie gave her excuses to stop on her walk. And I do not think she walked up a hill. Tinker AFB is very close to Oklahoma City. I am willing to bet she is grazing while at home. She also has no idea what a portion size is.

I don’t recommend Ozempic or Wegovy if you have any previous history of suicidality. There is a warning about it-but I wasn’t warned. I was on the injections for 3 months and lost 42 pounds. I was sick the whole time but kept going because I was losing the weight. However, I became SO suicidal. The worse I had been in years. It was horrible and took me almost a year to recover from the trauma of those three months. I am bipolar and it absolutely ruined my meds-had to find a new set that would work for me. But the fact that it made me SO suicidal while taking meds that had controlled my suicidality for six years is sad.

I think the Story with the woman who told Glitter and Lazers "Good Job!" is hard to assess. At the first glance, I would say that the woman had no mean intention when she said "good Job!". But, I wasn't there so I don't know her tone, facial expression and body language. But, in my opinion, it wouldn't be surprising If some people judge plus size people and thin people differently when working out. I noticed that some people would use circumstances Like Gradient, Heat, hydration, sleep, Training, knowledge, Smoking, alcohol, attire etc. To give a reason why thin people are out of shape whereas they use the body to give a reason why plus size people are out of shape.
I go for a walk in mornings and normally you meet the same people there. Working out, walking their dog and so on. It's a good way to get to know people in the neighborhood. I won't be surprised that woman just moved there and she was trying to be friendly just to get to know people On the other hand taking Anna's appearance I don't think you can forget you spoke to her already IMO the second interaction is fictional. I quit vaping nicotine in 2020, since everything was closed i just kept telling myself "the shop isnt open, you cant afford it, can't get any" Once you get past about 2 weeks thats the worse of the withdrawl. It was the second time i had tried to quit and i havent vaped or smoked cigs since I do partake in the 🍁🍃🌬 but it helps with my anxiety symptoms (I like in a state where it's legal recreational)
Firstly, I use Facebook still and my kids! Lol I’m 40 years old tho 😖😂 and I would definitely eat ALR’s cooking over FB’s. Although FB seasons her food better, she has some hygiene and cleanliness issues I’m concerned about lol I’d rather eat bland food than contaminated food 😂😂🤢 and I think she gives her money to Salah and he manages it. We all know she’s terrible with money, and in his messages with Kaibella, he said he bought Chantal’s ticket. I don’t think he bought it with his money, but I definitely think he’s in control of their pocketbook!
I think it's embarrassing to keep bringing up how you lost a good amount of weight in the past. It's proof that you are capable of doing it and comes off like she chooses to not lose weight currently
What starvation mode? To begin with you don't gain weight from eating nothing. There was an artificial hunger in my country, nobody died fat. Secondly she's still eating probably 1000+ cal, she's fine. There's planty of disposable resources her body gets to use IF she eats less than tdee

My mom had a retinal detachment last year. It's been a terrible year with multiple surgeries. You dont realize how scary and important eyesight is until something happens. I watch those tik toks where people suction their contacts out and get the sucker attached to their eyeball freaks me iut!!!
I'm 55 and my GenX friends use FB still. I don't TikTok, Tweet, Insta, or Snap Chat. Those things are for kids, IMO. But I'm also a high school math teacher, so I guess I'm an out of touch nerd by definition 😂. (I also buy hard boiled eggs) 😮
