Back On The Beating Line On A Pheasant & Partridge Shoot. 

Another day on the beating line with the team at the country estate shoot in North Yorkshire where it is so nice to see the partridge back again after having none last year due to the bird flu problems. This is our second day back this season and I couldn't be happier with Rico's performance, a credit to his trainer, Anthea, who helped me turn this timid, shy, little lad into a confident little beating dog who smashes through cover whenever it's required of him and behaves, pretty much, impeccably all day long.
