Thanks! Are you in the Pacific Northwest now? We traveled through Oregon & Northwestern CA many years ago. I Loved the forests....huge trees, and the misty, moody coastline!

Sandra, it's so good to see you posting, again. It's been to long. I look forward to the next video. How did things turn out with the "Lyme Disease"?? Any progress?? Cheers, Mate.

Thank you. I feel better. Still have a few nagging things that seem to come and go. I have no way to know for sure if they are from the Lyme....or who knows??? But they seemed to begin after I had the tick bite. For awhile there (in the past year) things had gotten worse to the point it was bothering/worrying me. But since Dave and I began eating Keto quite a bit, fasting for 24hrs once a week, and eliminating all sugar (aside from Saturdays) I have found the bothersome things have diminished a lot.

@@SandraBegotka Sandra, I'm glad to hear there has been some improvements with you. Intermittent fasting allows the body to heal itself. In many ways at the cellular level. That along with clean foods and water. Cheers, Mate
