After a long day at Bloodstock (and a few brews with some friends) I decided to do a review. Bloodstock is a heavy metal festival outside of Derbyshire England. It was a really fun festival and I was able to see a lot of friends. Citra T90 by Oakham was one of the beers that was provided to us in the backstage. The brewery is now based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, but was first established in 1993 in Oakham, Rutland. The beer poured out a pale yellowish color that looked as if it was trying to be clear but wasn't with a nice white head. It smelled of big citrus and hops. The body was light and the flavors were big fruity citrus with some nice hope bitterness. If you took a Sierra Nevada, increased the hop flavor and turned up the fruitiness you would have this beer. Definitely the perfect beer for after a long day in the hot sun. Cheers!
