Haha, for Kaze, either kun or san is fine. Kun has a more affectionate and friendlier feel to it and san has a more respectful distance sorta vibe to it. His fans in Japan use both. I guess maybe women past middle age tend to use san more while everyone else is a toss up of both. So just use whichever feels right to you. :) And yes, the backing vocals are all him. Noone else sounds like that but him. Even now, he does his own backing vocals. :) In concerts, for parts with background voices and harmonization, he just uses a backing track recording of his own bg or harmony vocals.
