@@alvinmann7675 Thank you for watching. Yeah I was worried the map was taking me the wrong way when I was going towards the drop but all worked out well. I use tow haul every time my trailer is connected to the truck. No matter if it’s loaded or empty.
@Mr.AlexKogan Glad it worked out, man. Yeah, I use tow haul on our trucks if I'm pulling heavy. Our 5th gen 68RFE truck damn near redlines sometimes coming to a stop on tow haul mode with the exhaust brake on which is always on. My 4th gen aisin truck definitely is stronger as far as being in tow haul with the exhaust brake. I've read it's not bad for these trucks, but the gear head in me gets nervous sometimes with it revving so high on the down shift. Just was curious how you ran yours. Thanks for responding, man. New subscriber here..Great content I enjoy watching your videos and also learned a few things from your strapping..do you just use 1 loadboard or do you use 2 or more when finding freight?
@@micaheldred6610 They all charge different. Anywhere from 5% and up. The advantage is you don’t have to drive and load your freight and look for loads at the same time. It’s very distracting while you drive and look at the load board because you have to call them quickly if you see something. Then you have to email paperwork of you book a load. It’s just a huge headache to do it all yourself and it slows you down.
@@kennethwilliams3877 Thank you Ken. My bank is 60 gallon with storage but they have bigger ones. 90 gallon and maybe bigger but doubt you’ll need bigger. RDS is the manufacturer.
@@kennethwilliams3877 FYI - I ordered the 90 gallon from RDS through Northern Tool & Equipment. It's awesome, but unfortunately, it blocks the view from my bed camera in my Ram 3500 dually from seeing the ball to hitch up my gooseneck by myself. I ordered a cheap bluetooth/WiFi camera on Amazon and I think it will help with the issue.
Thanks for that information! I have 3500 dually with shortened with fifthwheel. So, I would have to find a fit with a toolbox, if possible. What do you suggest? Ken!! Oh!!
