I love your back-to-school videos! They're like "Karolina's Favorite Things." It makes sense that you're good at math since you're good at music. You're probably good at languages too and you know two already! Math, music, and language all use the same parts of the brain. I wish you could get a rolling backpack. Carrying all that around on your back seems like it woud be quite a strain. Maybe a rolling one wouldn't fit in your locker though - don't know. Congratulations on starting high school!

Best of luck in High School. It’s interesting to hear the difference between the US and UK. In the UK, we start High School (or secondary school) at age 11. The first three years is the equivalent of Junior High and everyone studies the same subjects. From year 10, at age 14, students choose subjects and study for GCSEs which are exams taken at age 16 at the equivalent of the end of your sophomore year. The next 2 years up to age 18, for those who don’t leave school at age 16, are more specialised and most study for 3 or 4 A levels which are taken at the end of what you know as your senior year. Results and grades of A levels are an important factor in getting into University.

Wow Karolina! You will be a freshman! That is very exciting for you! I love all the things you picked out to help you with your studies. My mom loved mathematics as well as it is kind of like a solving a puzzle, and it is good to use our brain in a variety of different ways. Perhaps your many travels have helped you to appreciate history and how people and places came to be. It is interesting to know what happened before we were even born. I also love your dad/daughter relationship and wish more parents knew how to genuinely communicate and actively participate in the lives of their children (instead of everything being wrapped around the lives of adults.) You are right that we all need to keep growing and learning and being excited about life. You are very well organized. That is great. If you like math, you should really enjoy Trigonometry when you get to that, with the triangles. I wasn't great with understanding Algebra, but I was a straight A student on all my assignments and tests in Trigonometry. It just all clicked in and made sense. You'll do great! 😎

I’m in ninth grade too now. My school reopened in the second week of June and this year is actually a lot of fun. My fav subject is biology and right now, we began my favourite chapter which is ‘Five Kingdom Classification’ it’s all about animals and I really like it because I love animals. I also love how you’re so organised! I like organising my books in my bag according to my time table. Example, if math class is first, I place my math book in front of the row and if biology is next, biology book and so on. Wish you luck for your new school year! Lots of love from India!❤️

Dear Karolina, I love your enthusiasm. School is quite different over here in the UK. We have Primary School for children from 4+ till 11 years. From 11 years till 18 years we have Secondary School with the final two years being here students study for their (A) Advanced Level exams, this being preparation for Higher Education and preparation for University. I am happy to still be associated with my Local Secondary School, for almost forty years I was a School Governor and even now I am a Member of the Academy Trust. I would love to hear how your School experience has been up till now and how you get on with High School. I do hope that you have lots of friends who are transferring with you, only I do know how young people can be with people from there peer group who have achieved as much as you have. It good to have a circle of friends who can look out for each other. Over her in the UK we tend to have School Uniforms, this is based on the principle that no matter how rich or poor a pupil’s parents may be, pupils all look similar. The majority of our Schools are Co-educational i.e. boys and girls. I believe that in the USA the dress code is more relaxed, with children from wealthy families being dressed in top of the range clothing, whilst other pupils dress according to what their parents can afford.😮 I just hope that you have a great time now you are starting High School

Karolina, I am happy that you were smart enough to prepare for school ahead of time. My school starts on Thursday, and I also stay organized a lot. I am also a freshman right now in Chicago. The classes I take are a little different. For example, I take Biology this year and Chemistry next year in Science. I am taking AP Human Geography as my Social Studies course, along with Algebra 2, an advanced english class, PE, and orchestra. I am hoping to have a bounce back year as last year was not great for my standards. I had finished with 5 or more Bs for the first time, rather than getting all As. My schedule is STACKED, but that won't stop me from watching your beautiful street performances every now and then. Hope your school year goes well, and good luck!

Not sure when these RU-vid videos started but have been watching these ones just within the last year. Know this person has been performing prior too. I am home schooled and My other four siblings have also been ever since we were little. And we just started school again this week, I'm going into high school too so that's exciting. I don't like to plan everyday but I do usually have a routine. I get up around nine in the morning and get ready for the day, then I do school and eat breakfast and do My dishes, then I work out and stretch and then we swim, then I eat lunch and work on art and watch RU-vid and maybe play some guitar and sing or play the piano or ukulele. Then I do just random stuff the rest of the day. I do ballet like you so stretching is a normal part of My daily routine. Our (As in My three sisters and myself) ballet places is currently on summer break and it starts again in September so I'm really trying to get ready for that. I'm impressed at how well you manage everything, I guess you have to plan each day with all that. Keep it up Karolina! I enjoy history too.
