Just started watching your site, I wondered if you had ever made the hot dog 'octopi' to sit on ramen noodles, made using a bit of blue food dye in the broth, to make it seem the octopi are swimming in water. Then you could use 'goldfish' snacks to go along with the theme. My grandkids really enjoyed this as a lunch time treat. I sometimes would slice baby spinach lengthwise to add to the noodles as sea weed when plating. I thought you could use this in those thermos style lunch boxes you use. (OH, I drained most of the broth, but the noodles stayed tinted blue.) I am truly enjoying binge watching your site.
I can't imagine this life!! I grew up in poverty, so I have no idea how it would be for my mom to pack my lunch. You and your family are so blessed, and I'm so thankful that I can provide for my family now, and you've given me so many ideas with your channel. Thank you for this. My daughter is 15 but she is very much a fussy eater and usually refuses what I make for me and my husband. This also encourages portion control for her so she wont be over eating. I love this!

I wish I could do lunches like this but we get lunch for free in school so I don't really have any reason to. The food we get is from a restaurant so it's pretty good
I know this comment was made 6 months ago when covid wasnt around, but be careful with lunches if you're going back to school now. Its better to bring your own lunches since its healthier and more sanitary 🤗
Heyo im CJ! thought id share my lunch! Ham Swiss and cheese sandwhich ( Wheat bread ) Veggie Straws Apple slices Fridays for my lunch. Thermos containing store bought frozen meatballs. Garlic bread ( bought frozen aswell. ) Any type of potato puffs. A small salad made from kale mixed lettuce cucumber carrots and cheese.
My lunch nearly everyday: Bread with cheese( sometimes with ham) and water:). Sometimes a fruit by the side lol. Okey this is a typical lunch in Norway!
I dont think ill ever understand these large american lunches ('main course'+fruit+veggie+snack+sweet treat) Where I live, lunch is a sandwich (or a 'main course') and theres also a small snack time

I don’t have any lunch containers, but I found a way to make a halloween lunch without one I wrapped a apple in paper towel boom a ghost! Put some goldfish in a bag wrote on it Do not touch sharks. Made a monster out of a juice box and then made a bat out of raisins. :D
These are so cool!! I am a really fussy eater and because of the current situation my school will not be operating a cafeteria from September. So I have to take packed lunch for the first time in years. I was a little nervous about this since I’m so fussy and don’t like a lot of cold food. This videos given me so many ideas... and healthy ones too!! I think it’s easy for me to just grab a bunch of unhealthy food but this has given me so many healthy options!!! Thank you!!
My aunt used to make me these super cute lunches just like these until I was about 12-13 and got embarrassed with the kiddish decor even though I was still a kid, now I really wish she can move back and make me more of this 😤
I've been married since I was 17 and now 31. We never had kids. It's not really something I've wanted. But!! I got into bento box making just because it was cute. I love making things for my husband. I'm from the USA but now live in Australia, I get so jealous watching your videos... here kids aren't allowed to bring any nut products and nothing individually wrapped (due to Australia's commitment to sustainability). It makes it more challenging!

one nice thing is that some schools allow the kids to have water bottles in the classrooms, Maybe not your youngest, but the older ones usually they start to allow students to have a water bottle on them in class, but only water (it can be flavored water too, because some students only drink flavored water) but the reason they do this is because they want to promote healthy drink choices and they want to keep children hydrated.
Wait, some schools don't allow you to have water bottles? Its a rule in my district that you have to allow kids to have water because most of the schools don't have air conditing
Was supposed to see Universal Studios during their Halloween theme, but this year we got cancelled due to Hurricane Dorian, so we didn't make it down for the trip that was scheduled during the Halloween Season at the park, but instead we are getting to see it decked out for Christmas, so that is exciting.
