I'm a senior in high school but I'm going to school to be an early childhood education major and I'm sooo excited! I completed a teaching pathway class at my high school last year and I got to work in a first grade classroom and my heart was so filled with joy! i love watching teacher videos like yours because it makes me sooo excited! 😍😭

hi. I am 13 years old and I want to be a teacher when I am older. watching your videos makes me more and more excited to finish high school and go to collage then university. um not a brave as you to be a reception (kindergarten) teacher I want to teach year 2-5 (i don't know what that is in grades um in the uk) love your videos! ps: please ignore the name.

Joe Jeen well I think the ages are different for the schools. preschool: about age 2-4. Primary school: 4-11. High School:11-16. Collage/sixth form:16-18. Then University 18-21. Preschool:lots of games and messing around. Primary School: when you first learn and some messing around and games the first 3 years. High School: GCSE's and deciding what you are going to do the rest of your life! Collage/sixth form: You get A Levels to be able to be accepted into university. University: Degrees

Hi I teach in West Virginia. We start back August 10. I teach 4th grade, and I use those mini 2 piece puzzles sometimes as partner picking puzzles. Students each get a puzzle piece and they have to go find their partner by completing the puzzle. This helps kids work with students that they might not have chosen themselves, and prevents "odd man out" syndrome in my class.

As a Canadian teacher, I am so envious of this haul!! I wish we had Target! We had them for a bit but they were not the same as American ones... no dollar spot! Really awesome haul 👍🏻

I am a middle school English teacher in an Italian private school and we start around the 4th of September. Although I teach in Italy and some of the stuff is not accessible, I still loved this video.

I'm going into hs this year i go back aug 15 and we get out may 25 part of me want to be a teacher but i also want to go into the medical field. i once told my grandmother i wanted to be a teacher and she laughed and told me good luck with that paycheck. i walked away. also teachers spend so much ion their own money it truly is a servants heart job!

I'm not a teacher but for the paper apples and buses that match with the wooden signs you could laminate them and write the names of the kids that are in that group for that day and hang them by that station or somewhere else

Maddie M. at my daycare.. we put clear packing tape, or laminate and write in Sharpie... then if we want to reuse them, hand sanitizer wipes off the sharpie. ☺️

I also bought the "clipfolio"... I plan on using it to walk around during individual or group work to quickly make notes on students and what they understand and what they're struggling with. Or during small group to do the same thing and that way they can't see what I'm writing.

I teach in NM. Teachers go back on the first week of August, kids on the second week. We get out the last week May. Great haul by the way!

So cute! For the clipboard notepads, you could use one for staff meetings or staff development trainings; take notes on the notepad, and use the clipboard part to hold any handouts or printouts that they give you during the training.

In Australia we have our summer break from mid December to the end of January! We also have 2 week breaks in April, July and September! Love this target haul, we have Target here but we don't have designated teacher sections or dollar spots! So jealous!!

Hi! Im from Queens, New York City and our start date is Sept.7th, we end June 26th. I was so surprised to hear that you guys end the first week in June!! (Unbelievable!) As I watch different videos from teachers, it amazes me how different yet the same we are, and being in different states. I am thinking of posting a back to school haul for the first time. i use to teach a few years ago, and in new orleans we start school mid august. we usually get out at the very end of may, so we are down to 2.5 months off instead of 3 like it use to be in the 90s and before.

on our kindergarten teachers wish list she had reward stickers I wiped out the target dollar spot and daiso and staples... I also shop at lakeshore (I home school threw till Kinder) so I had a field day! I love watching these videos.

I teach in Northern Virginia, just outside D.C. We usually go back in September, but this year the kids start August 28. However, we don't get out until mid-June. We have a lot of Monday holidays and teacher work days. I taught in Anaheim, CA for four years. Just found your channel and I'm so excited! I have an addiction to teacher videos on RU-vid. 😉

Australia here. Our school year starts the last week of January and ends in the first week or two of December (depending on the school). That gives us an average of 6wks break over our summer

I just found your channel and I didn't even know it was something I was looking for until I found it! I am from Massachusetts and am going into my third year of college to become a Early Childhood Educator! In MA we have alway started school after Labor Day (first week of September)! The days we end, however, always fluctuate because of the weather and the days we have to take off for it.

To tie in the signs and close pins, you can put a clothes pin on the kids for the station that they are going to. (Ex: A group of kids is apple today, so they put on an apple close pin and go to the apple station.) I hope you enjoy the tip! I am a 13 year old girl who wants to be a middle school teacher when I grow up and I love everything teacher related! I love your videos and you seem like an amazing teacher. Keep up the good works!! I randomly found you on YT. I live in Canada, LOVE TARGET and we no longer have Target but I do have access to the border and can cross over often, so I still can get my Target fix.
