I've had home made ice cream all my life. If you like cherry ice cream try this recipe. 1 _2 litre cher wine 1 eagle bran milk and a bottle of merichino cherries. Cut up your cherries I just quarter mine. Use the cherry juice also. Put all ingredients in your churn and mix it up. Start your churn and let it go eat and enjoy. Easy peasy recipe! Love to your whole family!😊

I have so many memories connected to Homemade Ice Cream, so it is a very special food in my opinion. My first introduction to Homemade Ice cream was from my grandpa. He then passed the recipe and talent onto my Dad, so we had homemade ice cream for pretty much every birthday party and church fellowship. Now that I’m out of the house, I have really been missing Homemade Ice Cream. When I found out that most of my friends had never had Homemade Ice Cream before, I knew I had to change that. So, I bought myself an ice cream maker a few weeks ago and asked my dad to re-teach me how to make it, so I can make some whenever I want. The first batch went really well, so I’m looking forward to experimenting with different flavors. Our favorite flavor growing up was cinnamon, and it is AMAZING!!

We hand crank ice cream every year at our family reunion. If You don’t crank, you can’t eat it. Lol. All white mountain ice cream freezers. About 30 freezers are going.

One of my best childhood memories is driving to the peach stands in AR and going home to make peach ice cream out on the patio every summer. It's still the best tasting food I've ever put in my mouth!

We used to make homemade peach ice cream when we went to my grandparents house in the summer when I was young.

10:00. I used to make homemade ice cream at summer camp. It was usually just vanilla ice cream. I remember (back in the early 1980s) we had a "grinder" in a wooden barrel. There was ice & salt on the outside and milk, cream, vanilla extract, & sugar on the inside that we "churned" until it started to solidify. What sucked is that it took HOURS to churn. The campers would take take turns. something like 4 hours of churning earned us each MAYBE 2 scoops. I don't think the labor equaled the payout, but at least I can say that I made my own ice cream from scratch.

We grew up making homemade ice cream (the old fashioned way by hand crank) whenever our families got together. Such great memories.
