I surf for 3-4 years and never surfed anything else than zip free wetsuits. Nowadays I have the best models from Rip Curl (Flashbomb) in 4/3 and 3/2 BUT when it is getting colder I freeze my ass off. I noticed that over one hour I get more and more water into the wetsuit. I dont know if this is normal or if it is just me? I already tighten up the rubber band as much as I can ... But especially when I get washed out by big waves, or even sometimes when duckdiving I get more and more water in. After 1.5 hours in winter I am totally frozen out. Am I the only one? Is a chest zip better?
