Today we follow chris through the backfill process on a recessed kayak swimming pool. Though most simply done on the ground kayak pools can be partially recessed and back filled for an additional cost. Chris will take you through wrapping the pool in 5/4 inch pressure treated deck boards directly fastened to the studs of the pool with two inch deck screws after which he re grades and back drags the property for a finished look.
Things to consider before doing a recessed pool:
-extra cost in material and labor
- extra displaced fill (customers responsibility)
-yard damage
-zoning and building regulations specific to your town
-time of finished project
