Love the video, Ms.Liz. Yes, this is a grown folks' conversation about replicas. Like you said, spend your money the way you want to I'm in my 50s, and back in the day ( 80s and 90s) people were more judgemental about replicas, knockoffs, fakes, etc. Through the eyes of the daughter, I see that younger people do not care about authenticity anymore unless they try to resell it. Carrying a bag should make you feel good, and make that outfit pop!
@@crystalriley9671 Yes Crystal!!!! This new generation could care LESS about authenticity. They care about the experience. They purchase what they want and carry their bags openly. They celebrate having a full collection of replicas. I personally wish everyone would focus on what is important to them & let everyone else do their own thing. It’s so much easier that way.

I took me a whole 10 seconds to figure out how to pronounce the company name after you said it . I was thinking I don’t know what that says 😂 🤦♀️. I do the same thing with my nails and do different colors on each hand 💅. I like the combo. I appreciate you sharing the differences.

I live close to the Mexico border. I always go for *amzclothes* , their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, it’s your choice. No judgement from me

Great video Liz!! I wish you could get into how much the bag costs and the material of it as well. I have always been curious to know. I noticed replica video content normally don’t. Is it that the price is a sliding scale depending on what type of quality the customer wants?
@@ddbookie I think it’s because we don’t pay for the bag. So I don’t remember what the actual price was. But it wasn’t more than $300. Keep in mind as I mentioned in the video that if you’re willing to pay more the replicas get better. Not positive if this seller does that but others that have contacted me mentioned it.
Not the Thelmas 🤣 I think we are on the same page re: replicas. I personally don't and won't buy them, but I mean I can't judge anyone that does or tell anyone that they *must* buy authentic--I'm not about to buy it for them after all! Everyone should spend their money their way, and it's not anyone else's concern. Just like it's no one's business if someone spends 2, 3, 4, 10k on a bag. Everyone just needs to do what's right for them, and everyone else needs to mind their business. The *only* thing that I would say is that I don't like when people sell replicas to others *as if* they are real for high prices, because some buyers might not know the tells of a replica and if they spend a lot of money on a replica thinking that it's real and they're getting a deal on a bag, that's not fair. And some replicas have gotten SO good that it's hard to tell, so they'll spend thousands. But if someone is knowingly buying a replica, that's their choice and not up to me. And like you said, we don't know how our authentic bags are really made, which has been confirmed by the recent Dior scandal. So...to each their own.
@@la_wandereuse that has been my biggest motivation for sharing any information like this. So many of us buy pre-loved either for price or because items we want are no longer in production. And some consignment sellers are not properly authenticating. And even department stores are selling items that are not real. So seeing the tell-tale signs can be helpful to people that are not interested in replicas. I think because I wasn’t able to give a positive review, I don’t plan to do any more. A lot of people can learn from it so they know what they're getting into/what to expect if they buy a replica or so that they know how to avoid replicas. Definitely helpful.
