honestly, I forget to do this. Also, what u can do is dehydrate food b4 u go on your trip and rehydrate it with water. If you're in the mountains theirs a spring nearby. You should try tuna and noodles, it would be good!

So I've been fighting this for 9 years now. I have ALWAYS brought the Mt House and it's expensive for 7 days. I'm going to dehydrate my own meals and put them in mylar bags. Basically making my own Mt House meals. I'm still experimenting with it but will have a video on it in the near future.

I usually lose 30 - 40 lbs every year just during archery elk, but i also hunt all 30 days because i can hunt 30 minutes from my house
