In another life, I was a TV director (channel 5 Eyewitness News, coincidentally). All that to say this-you are a FANTASTIC storyteller. You have that "it" that guides you to use the camera so well. That you let the images tell the story that words would fail to. The simplicity in your presentation allows the viewer to filter it through their own lens. And that makes the story more personal to them, almost allowing the self to become part of the story. Well done, young lady. You have a real talent for this. Beautiful cow! I raised cows in the USA! She looks like a jersey! Love their big brown eye! We had one named Rosie. All my kids could milk her out in the pasture! I cried when we had to sell her!

Glory you ABSOLUTELY need to be a travel correspondent, telling stories through your eye. You do an awesome job editing and choosing such appropriate upbeat music. Even though going back to Zatara will be an epic adventure, you MUST continue to produce your own RU-vid so that credit is given where credit is due. Not for someone else. I must admit, I'm jealous. My European escapade(1989) was in the winter. The summer scenes are so much prettier than stark white snow!!! But I bet just as fun!!! Also, my parents refused to come to Europe(dad came to England) and enjoy with me. I am SO glad your Mom is there with you!!!!!❤❤❤

I was traveling with my daughter in the wee hours of the morning, trying to catch the first Eurostar from London to Paris. We were chased to the station by 3 drunk teenage boys. Talk about memories! I wish I had documented the trip like you are with your mother! PS) ex Missouri gal. The Ozarks are beautiful, hope you continue to film back home in KC!

Gloriann that was really beautiful. I got to give your mom props. That was an incredibly tough hike and she really did it with Grace. Having given birth, and hiked, some pretty tough trails. I would concur, that that look pretty convincing to be as tough as giving birth. 😂😅. Once again, giving you props for taking the tough road around the footage was amazing and I have to agree with the former news anchor that your storytelling is really outstanding, and the visual storytelling is even better. I really like that you are hiking in the Appenzellerland instead of the Bernese mountains like most American tourists do. I don't live far from the Alpstein area and like those mountains very much. My SIL owns a farm up there near Appenzell and we sometimes spend a few days there. Life in Switzerland is truly amazing. I'm sure you would love it. Maybe you'll get the chance of staying for a while?
