Hello boys and girls of Touch the Rainbow. Let's accept the idea that we need to stay home, to keep our health, but also we need to learn and put effort in staying active and exercise. Yes, we will slow down, but this will give us the opportunity to make new plans and goals to accomplish. Train your mind and body every day, so you can be your best and strong self for the day when this unprecedented times will be over. I am with you all!
