Hey there! Great video but I noticed before the swimmers started they dropped their body lower and then went, if you stay in one spot u get more power :) the edit was i reworded stuff
Thanks for watching. I use video and any trick I can think of to eliminate that behavior. Some kids do it on the blocks too. Going the wrong way first before going the right way….. ugh. Share any tips!
The second person they showed doing a backstroke start I think she pulled in a little to much and kind of went down then up instead of going out down and up. Also the first person from what is seemed it look like he went to high so he was already in the water when his feet were kicking up. But overall these drills are really good and keep working hard.
