YOU CAN DO THIS! Try not to look at the “big picture” and get overwhelmed. Take a small section. Get it just how you want it, and then tackle another, and another… You’ve got this!
😂 This morning was the same for us. I'm sick take my temperature. I can't wear shorts it's winter. Kindergarten was awful. This year first grade is a total 180 so I was really surprised. Autism and anxiety is so hard. You are not alone.
