Backup camera black screen, no picture fix 

The instruction from the box say to connect to video out. But this video saved my install. Thank you 🙏

Hi i got a similar problem with my e46 i've had my camera working for about 1 year recently my rca cable split in half due to chafing on metal. I then brought a new cable the yellow ended male one it worked for 1 day when to drive for next day a noticed it wasnt working all i get is a black screen. camera led lights still come on so i know camera is still working tried unplugging rca cables on both ends and still nothing really need help as i'm stumped on what to try next thanks

Everything was working but then suddenly screen went black. Cabling is fine. Why is the video black. Has to be some setting right?

I need help with the camera issue with the Android unit . I have the red wire connected to brake light and black to ground . In the front RCA is to camera wire (trigger wire) .. what about the white wire .? Where does that go .? I have nothing coming on the screen

What if it is already plugged in to the camera rca and it’s still black ?

You should tell your viewers to unplug the camera from the back of the android because that’s what I did and the camera came on
