Backward skating Basics with rich Humphrey/Rollerdance 

This is many years old but this is the only explanation of backwards skating that I found the worked almost automatically. Now I'm able to do backwards crossovers. Thank you!!!!!!!

I really dont think what he is saying is that important because is he having so much fun and grooving all you need to do is watch and learn LOL....I'm learning now at the rink just by watching people and the music is too loud to hear them so this is perfect....in just 2 months my 7 yr old went from falling and grabbing the wall to spinning and getting his roll bounce on...he goes every week and they all comment on how quickly he just picked it up...he will try these move saturday lol
