That's wonderful !!! 🤩😍👌All you need is a plate on the ground or a trough with water to watch the birds drink and bathe (free-standing birdbath ). Did you know that at Lowes , you can buy a butterfly feeder. Your children will love seeing lots of butterflies in the yard.

Wow! kenzie. You guys are so creative and energetic. You work so well together. Im an old lady, and so I have to pay to have everything done now days. But I’ve been getting stuff done to update my house, and it feels so good. A new roof, windows, etc. I must say my curb appeal is beautiful. I love my home, and I love watching my favorite you tube girls decorate. You are one of my favorites. Your house is beautiful, and Im sure you’re very proud of all your accomplishments, as you should be. 🤗

The two of you put in sooo much work to make this all come true! Your back yard went from flat and simple to purely magical! I love the idea of the botanical window on the side of the shed. Painting it the way you did gives it so much of a cohesive look. We have 3 dogs so I know the look of grass that is surviving dog potty 😂. Did you think to transplant any of the grass you removed to those areas? The amount of work and thought you put into that pathway is inspiring! I can’t wait to see it a year from now with it full of your established plantings. You were very wise to mix the evergreens in. Many people don’t think that far ahead. Pulling the same pathway materials under the swing was brilliant. I also love the climbing vine to soften it. We have Jasmine clumping over our good neighbors fence and the whole yard smells so wonderful when it is blooming. I am in awe of the work that you and your husband have done all yourselves both inside and out to make your home extraordinary. I have used many of your videos to inspire my husband (especially the one where the painter came in while you were on a trip 😅) to show him that many times doing it yourself comes with better results than hiring someone because of the love and care you put into the project. I literally wait to see what the two of you are up to each time. I also love that you give your little ones an opportunity to help with a paintbrush so that they feel a part of the accomplishment.

hi glenda! so sorry i’m just now getting back to this sweet comment you left. i wanted to take my time to read and respond to it, i truly appreciate you taking the time to write this so so much! 🥹 i’m so glad you enjoyed the garden makeover video. this one was a lottt of hard work, but not as hard as the painters situation with the bedroom 😂😉 still SO worth it to do it yourself though. saves so much money and it’s so gratifying when you finish and see the end result. 🫶🏼 p.s. i wish jasmine would survive here in Colorado! unfortunately it’s not equipped for our zone but it is sooo beautiful. jealous of you and your jasmine 😍🤭🧚🏼‍♂️ thanks so much for watching & for all your support my friend! 🥹🌸🫶🏼

I was waiting for this video! Y’all did so much work Kenzie, it looks so good! I’m so impressed with the path, and all the plants and the butterflies! Y’all deserve a vacation after all that work. How hot does it get in Colorado in the summer? I’m trying to find a retirement spot in the next few years, I’m just not sure about the snow! I’m in Texas and I’m so sick of the heat and humidity! hey trina! thanks for watching girl 🥹🫶🏼 your comments and support always mean the world to me. colorado summers are THE best! it definitely gets hot here, but it doesn’t stay hot the whole day and tends to cool off during the night & mornings. average in the summers it’s 70s-90s but last weekend it got up to 105 (that’s pretty rare though) ☀️ the weather here fluctuates often but tbh i like it like that! it’ll be raining one second and completely clear and sunny the next. super cool! 😎🌾✨

I bought my willow tree from lowes. And a little mossy plant plant called roho something because of its tiny red flowers. It was perennial but it got colder than usual and the center burnt from bitter cold. I limped it along. I finally replaced it 😢with a speedwell Veronica.

My husband has a shed that looks outside my kitchen window, We live on 80 acres so why put it so close to the house? So I have a collection of old antique farm items, so I put them around the front of the shed and I think it looks great. The side was blank. I had a old window, also, but, I found a old window screen at a flea mkt. for $10, someone had painted flowers on it and the words Forget Me Nots on it. wonderful old patina. It still had the latch attached I had gotten a pr. of green shutters like yours, I had 2 metal brackets and I had my husband build me a flower window box. It looks perfect all put together w/the flowers planted. A focal point driving down the driveway. You did a great job on your backyard. I have Honeysuckle and it grows easily. I just subscribed

ohhh how fun for you guys!! a good patio shade makes the BIGGEST difference i think. it’s so nice to sit in the shade 🤭🌷 what kind of plants are you thinking of getting?! our patio plants always seem to struggle a bit more because the sprinklers don’t get those ones as good 😂🌾

hi! thanks so much ☺️ i’m so glad you asked! most people don’t know the behind the scenes when working with brands like this so i’m happy to be fully transparent with you 🤭 Lowe’s gifted me a $700 gift card where i was able to pick out any items of my choice. i used that gift card to buy the arbor, swing, and water fountain! we purchased the rest (tools, plants, materials, etc.) out of pocket. but with that being said, because this is a paid partnership & not just a gifted collaboration, i will also get paid by lowe’s for making this video, as well as receive commission from products purchased through these links as well. so once everything is said and done, in a way, yes lowes did pay for all 30 items! ☺️ hope this helps! 🫶🏼

it’s a plug in! i got a solar powered motor but it was a failll and wasn’t strong enough to push the water out of this fountain. so i just used the one it came with, and ran a longggg extension cord along the path underneath the soil to the house! 😊
