Thanks for the video! I followed the instructions in this video for my first pork butt cook ever and I just put it in my new RT-700 a little bit ago at 225! Loving my RT-700 so far!!

Just tried your gourmet BBQ sauce and it's fantastic! Also the Heffer Dust may be the best dry rub ever.

You got that right! Ben's Heffer Dust is fantastic on beef, but definitely an all purpose rub that will taste great on anything! 🤘

So are you changing out pellets between cooks now that your not using a blended pellet? Seeing how there is no pellet clean out you using a shop vac?

If you're smoking three four pound butts instead of the 10 lb butt and you're cooking it at 225°, does the time needed to complete the Cook change

Any reason for alum wrap instead of paper?

Aluminum keeps air and moisture in vs paper which allows some moisture out which can help with a more firm bark (compared to aluminum). Both are good just depends what you prefer.

Yes. I just bought a Bullseye recently and appreciate these videos but would like it if the chefs left the recipes or specifics in the description. It is difficult to find the time to go through the entire video.
