Your life is literally goals.. Cars, Nice house, Supporting Wife of everything you do, Big RU-vid channel, Backyard skatepark, I can go on! Keep living man!!
You need to integrate a pepper dispenser, water fountain, lazy river, soft drink fountain, juice bar, stripper pole, turntables, also cover the entire thing with a roof.
Adam LZ almost like a curved quarter, I'll post a picture now on Instagram on Gibbo.bmx if you wanna take a look, think it could add a good dynamic to the park.
Oh so like a bowl corner? That is a cool idea. I liked keeping it a quarter though so you could go quarter to bank (which I eventually want to put on the other side)
Adam LZ algood just thought it was a different dynamic to add. Look forward to seeing the progress and keep up the good work 👍🏼 congrats on graduating and making it so far ☺
Woah woah woah. Did you just say dirt bikes? You're speaking my kinda language LOL! If you need any extra hands don't hesitate to ask. I also have a duramax, I can haul all the wood you need in one load LOL. Congratulations Adam. Merry Christmas as well.
Merry Christmas everyone! one day i hope to be as successful as Adam. It would be a dream come true and maybe if anyone wants to help me start to make that dream come true it would mean the world to me!
I'll never forget when my local park went from plywood to skatelite. I believe this was in the year 2000... No longer would i come home bloodied and bruised; this stuff was amazing. My old town has since built a dope concrete park with bowls, stairs and hips. Moral of the story is that years come and go and every minute counts. Good luck to you Adam LZ
This skate park idea might be a little ambitious, but if you could put four posts up on the corners about 15 feet high you could suspend a camera on a gimble for filming. Kind of like how they film NFL games, with winches at all four corners you could have a drone like camera view without the drone.
My mom got me a crap load of clothes and a key chain from your website. She doesn't usually purchase online so she knew I really like your brand and went ahead and ordered. I just want to say merry Christmas Adam and thank you for being awesome!
Your plans look great but the first thing i taught about was the noise pollution that jumping wood ramps create. So what counter measures are you taking to minimize the sound of your ramps, since all the landings will give a loud bang and i guess that will annoy your neighbors pretty fast when you're playing around with a couple of friends. I know that your neighbors approved but have they signed anything? Curious to see how the ramps turn out!
Just an idea, you should just open up your own skate park. You guys have huge amounts of fans and a great support group, it'll be something great for your community. And even if you guys move it'll be always be something that you can go back to and have events
I am so glad you are getting what you want at such a young age. Most people want to do stuff like this there whole life and then end out to old to do it. Good on you mate!
One of the best ideas is to put a small roof to keep water off for keeping the wood clean from water and snow and also u can go out and use it then on some days where u usually wouldn't be able to.
Get it built before your neighbours move in, they can't really complain when it's built before their house was complete, Trey Jones has a sick backyard set up in Florida
Before I found your channel months ago, I never even gave BMX a thought. And even then, I mostly came for the car related content. Didn't really give a shit about BMX. But over time, it's definitely grown on me. Still primarily here for the car content and some of the vlog type stuff, but I'm super stoked for this and for you.
You should add a rail in the middle of the box ramp and pyramid, this will still allow easy access and won't make it crowded so it will still have the straight access and it will still keep the flow of the park. The rail will allow you to do some nice rail tricks for videos such as games of bike or calling the shots. This rail won't hurt your design plan you will just be able to add it once the park is done. hope you think about it because it would really make the park better :)
Will you be getting flood lights! So you can ride at night. And where that tree is should get some light hanging from it! Oh don't forget outdoor speakers!
Of the 20-something RU-vidr community, Adam is by far the least spoiled and most humble of the lot. I'm over here like cheering him on for spending 30 grand on something cool instead of hating on him because I can't afford it
You should buy cameras and build them into the ramps so u dont have to move cameras and set them up in other locations so u save more time and then u could just get out ride freely for 30 mins and have a days footage and u would know if people go on ur ramp coz it would record
caivs he only made around 300,000 in RU-vid money, if even that. He has his own company that he mentioned if he wasn't in college but focused on the company more he can make around 750,000 a year
good for you for being a courteous neighbor! you should add a deck and stairs to one of those front corners. some where for people to hang out and/or stage(wait their turn) or get elevated camera shots of the whole thing.
You contradicted yourself, at the start you said you wouldn't be able to move the ramps to another house but when talking about doubling your budget for ramp armor you said you'd be able to move the ramps to the next house :/
Adam LZ an really easy Edda would be too make a small pump track out of left over wood leading to the entrance so you could make easy speed leading up to a hip
Dam dude Im not even a BMX fan (subbed for the car stuff) & even I'm pumped!! sooo awesome reminds me a bit of Bams backyard! keep up the good videos and it'll be fun sharing your place with your friends 👍
Only things I could suggest would be Lighting, some flood lights that would not affect neighbors, but could be an issue anyways. The other thing would be some 6*6 beams on corners that you could hang some sun sails from to offer a shaded area.
Adam I have a weird question.... I am building a house in spring and couldn't stop wondering what height are your ceilings? Thanks!! My girlfriend and I like watching your videos!
I say add sort of a "x games" street section next to the ramp where you basically start from either side and work your way across. Add it where you said you had room for an extension. Personally, I think that would be amazing and fun for both flow and street!
honestly i dont like how they want to move after a couple of years and there going to put all of there dream stuff into this house just to lose it later on. anyone else think the same?
After the box jump have another box jump then close to the house after you hit the second one you go on a curved wall and then come back around . Still have the BAM feeling when you walk out the doors
le fait que toi sois français ou même allemand n'as pas vraiment d'impact sur ta compréhension c'es ton niveau d'anglais et ton niveau de compréhension de son accent xD
Adam LZ congrats on the park man that is awesome! you should try and hit some trails some though. you seem to flow really well on them and i always enjoy those videos
should also get some portable rails etc for flat areas on the park so u can ride them or move them out of the way. adds couple other options for lines.
An extension to the ramp you could make for say another 2000 dollars is on right side of the grind box is make a spank (quarter to bank) so you can jump over the grind box and land in the bank on the left side of the grind box. This in my opinion would make the skatepark more fun by adding that!
