Let me give you my two cents: Your pronunciation of "Worcestershiresauce" was spot on. Nowhere on the can does it say anything about chocolate powder (Schokoladenpulver or Kakaopulver in German). It doesn't look very appetizing, I give you that, but since it's made in Germany and we have some of the most strict laws worldwide when it comes to food, I'd eat it without any hesitation whatsoever.
