Just taking a stab at it, it looks like it could be: 1/2 cup mayo 1-2 sprigs thyme flowers 4 cloves of roasted garlic 1/2 Tbs oregano (?) 1 Tbs paprika (?) 1 Tbs black pepper 1-2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 1-2 Tbs hot sauce 1-2 Tbs lemon juice
@@bmamich1 nothing wrong with it if you didn’t order a bacon cheese burger, sorry but if I order it with bacon I should taste bacon in every bite. Making an X is the lazy person way
@@theesenordondon First Jr you would have to be an adult. See around here we don't eat that vegan plant based crap you munch on like a rabbit. It's not my fault you don't like bacon enough to prefer it to be properly placed on a burger. Don't worry once puberty catches up maybe you'll actually like bacon.
Is that mustard u put on? Yet u flipped it with mustard or whatever on it. Plus what did u season it with? I feel u need to have a voice talking about what ur doing and putting on the burger. U can buy a Big flipper thing to flatten out the burgers.
Now that’s an All American burger! (I like how you put the mustard on the uncooked side and cooked it in, I gotta try that!) Thanks so much for sharing and making me drool 🤤 oh my goodness!
I've been cooking burgers for over 40 yrs and in many restaurants, not just the fast food joints, the nice places. The only thing differ is the put the mustard on before they flipped it. Which makes sense, to cook the mustard in the burger. The same way I would do with the worchestershire sauce on a burger. To cook it in the burger. But not too much, ya don't wanna over power the burger with too much of the other ingredients. Cheers y'all
I use it on chicken and pork as a moisture for rubs and seasoning to stick to, but I've never used it to that amount. I believe the vinegar in it helps tenderize the meats.
