oh wow, 641hp out of 399 is no joke! In the beginning of this vid shows a blue 70 El Camino with same short block but more high end parts that will be pushing over 750 hp with 950 cfm Holley. Can't wait til that thing starts
@@chopperQ I have a QFT 950 Black Diamond on this engine but i'd like to go Holly fuel inj. before it ever hits the street. I can't imagine it would take dick for you to easily be over 750 hp. Have to say your cars stance is killer.
@@jacksonmarshallkramer5087 yea I hear ya. I'm currently working on a 1964 El Camino. It came with 15x10 in the rear and some fat meats which are rubbing when it dips. I'll have to go one size narrower :(
I'll try to check with him today. Dave on the left side with long hair (former race shop owner/Edlebrock Tech Support) has same 555 ci engine with 950 cfm Holley and lot of made in USA high end parts that he's installing in his 70 El Camino will be pushing 750+ HP on pump gas/no nitrous!
I'm not sure what he's got in that engine. He is a friend of friend. I can ask my buddy to ask him. My buddy has the same engine pushing over 750hp w/o nitrous.
Sadly soon all combustion cars and trucks including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Car washs will be forbidden too because they are climate killers, now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.!!! (BABVVEN & TEBBVEN & BEFVO laws)!!!!
