Been drag racing forever , learned something on this video , the sickest part is this actually looks like a true street car , much respect to all that had a hand in this build!!
Extremely well done doing something similar to my car in the profile pic but with procharger There is now way you suspect that nova of having 1600 if you take off the parachute lol sneaky sneaky lol love it
Cool build. Love the sleeper look. The black hood with the tall cowl induction kind of spoils the sleeper look. Have you considered putting on a low profile intake like a Holley low ram with a front throttle body? I think this might allow you to get rid of the big cowl. A short cowl might still be needed. Paint the hood body color and this thing will really fool a lot of people! Hope you have lots of fun with this. I will look for you on drag week this year! BTW, that 5.08 1/8th ET should put you pretty easily under your 7.99 1/4 ET goal.
Awesome..cant imagine even 1000 on the street without independent susp. Am using the 276/60/15 MT Pro radial and lose the tire at 700 whp on typical street pulls.
With you guys known a lot about turbos I have a question for you I have a 21 Infiniti Q 60 with stock turbos and an aftermarket Intercooler what should the temperature run like ambient temperature or above or below? No I also have an auxiliary second intercooler pump that I just installed and the temperature that I’m reading off of my Jb4 tuner box and it’s about 7° above ambient temperature. Does that sound normal for this kind of set up? Thanks for your time Brian.
Is the body side molding original? I like it but don't recall seeing it back in the day. NOTHING says 6-cylinder like body side molding and/or mud flaps with curb feelers 🙂 Nice work!!
Lol ..I'm pretty sure everyone's going to know how fast the car is with a parachute and beadlocks...so the sleeper thing is blown....sweet car though and I do love the look....
Beautiful Car? I'm doing a 441 sbc in my 73 with twins. How did you get the downpipe out behind the tire? I'm using 3" and it looks too tight on the drivers side! Thanks

@@lcrperformance monster trucks are 1500hp and 10,000 pounds and run powerglides. Dragsters have also been running them for ever. They are extremely durable and can easily handle up to 3500hp.
