After making yesterday's video I went to put the case back on the 8165 and accidentally shorted the board through the case since the opener was still plugged in. Gotta learn things the hard way :)
Same thing happened to my liftmaster 8065, My sensors would not work with it, it would just sit there and The light on the opener would just blink even though the green LED is solid And not flashing and like 8 months later From now And then the light shut off and the centers are not lit up and when I Unplug it and plug it back in No matter what the lights will not turn on And good thing I have another 45ACT board Coming And they actually sent me 2 So I have no idea what I'm gonna do with this other board Very not happy about What the board on my 8065 did Just like they did with your 8587 they tried Sending me a liftmaster 81650 Which I did not take Because I like this opener a lot And it was my first opener ever
I do not have it installed yet it is actually still shipping Michigan post office sucks They say it comes today but now it's extended for next week I actually think it does beeping flash, If you D2101 is an MC board you should test it
