Janet if you read this. I am not a pro at music. I remember something Simon Cowell said. Thee only people you should trust is the audience. If country music is the way you want to go. Me the audience is telling you to sing slower songs. Your voice is amazing ! And singing higher pace songs takes away from that voice. Put a slower single out and watch your career blossom. Trust me. Keep on girl. Be proud of what you've become ! Your voice is second to NONE !

Your version is pretty awesome. But, my favorite version by FAR is Madilyn Bailey!!!! Not only her super sexy vibrato, but she also does this effect in that song which I name the "Kelly Clarkson effect"! Maybe you know that Kelly Clarkson did an effect in almost every song where you have the same melody but just sung at two different octaves, sometimes with the lead track an octave above and the background tracks below, but other times the lead is below, backgrounds above. If the singer has a vibrato, the combined vibratos of the two different notes at the same time make it sound pretty hot as well. Especially when one octave's vibrato cycle goes one way and the other octave's vibrato cycle goes the opposite way just by chance. Other artists who use that effect frequently include Pink, Sarah McLachlan to an extent, Nicola Hitchcock in one or two songs (just as hot as a vibrato as Madilyn!), Stela Coles, Lily Allen, Karliene (Celtic singer), Rachelle Rien, etc. Not sure of the "official" name of this effect but because I heard Kelly Clarkson do it first, I thought to just name it after her.
