Judge Mathis judgements were off. I like judge Judy who does not let her feelings sway her judgement, does not get info NOT related to the case like all the sex questions and joking referring to drugs -as JM always does -when jokes are not funny to everyone
@bonitathompson1640 I have to agree with you on this. Court isn't supposed to always be about jokes/joking, especially jokes about drugs so much. Joking is okay, but not the majority of the time, especially in court. He cuts people off a lot, whenever they are trying to answer a question he's asked, as well. Also, it "seems" once he gets upset about a person not laughing at his jokes or he begins to get into his emotional feelings about a situation, he seems to judge according to his personal feelings quite often. Maybe it's just me, though. I could be wrong with my opinion.
On one episode’s de judge Mathis said he was a childhood friend and personal goon. I thought he was playing until he followed that man out the room on another episode. 😂😂
4th Case -- That's the one when Defendant #2 cursed too many times & was thrown out which was good because the counterclaim was dismissed & in addition to that, he wasn't allowed to comment which is a big relief because otherwise there would have been an argument
Kudos to the last case. They tried her and she was spraying all the info and drama about the defendants relationship what a shame you marry somebody after they leave you for somebody else
i think he shouldve ruled that the defendant at least pay for the floor. i think the plaintiff doubling down on his nasty words after admitting that he calls her out of her name n locked her out of rooms. if anything, both should have won their cases
You knew it was over for the Father of the Daughter that got killed, when Judge Mathis said 'Your Counter claim is fir what...?' You could tell the Judge was getting annoyed with Him and His behavior. You could totally tell that it was gonna curse again...

Idkkk about the second case. I get the frustration from the plaintiff. You have little children and your tenant brings drama and doesn’t keep the doors locked. Everybody got a breaking point, but folks gotta stop trying to be landlords without learning the process of eviction.
yup i agree. i do think the plaintiff is kind of full of it tho. always concerned about his kids but doesnt care about being a good example for his kids. you cant talk to ppl any type of way cuz you dont like them. he shouldve just taken the legal route of evicting her after the crazy bm broke ole girls car window

Holy cow, the 1st case is crazy. I sided with him until a few minutes in and then realized he is beyond controlling, and she is better off without him.
(First case) A tummy tuck is a luxury, she’s making it seem like she had to have a legit surgical procedure done for health issues then victimized herself like “I just couldn’t do anything after the tummy tuck”, sweetheart YOU chose to get that😂 Was not a necessity
The father who kept bringing up his daughter's death, cringy ASF. He tried it on Judge Mathis but thankfully the Judge saw right through him. They were guilty and didn't have a defense so he knew they were fkd. He was hoping that the Judge would have sympathy for him. 🤦🏽♀️
Why would she want to get married so quickly like I could understand why someone could be like if we're still together after six months and yeah, we could think about marriage, but so quickly after moving in and dating to talk about marriage, it does all like a love after locked up situation
