When boiling your pasta, it's important to make sure your water doesn't "rise above" your pot. Boil-overs can be avoided by turning your heat down a little, and giving your pasta a stir every once in a while.

*** On Warped tour..... the best bus always had a... Hot-diggty-dog machine. For those of you that do not know this treat. Its like a toster with 2 round holes and 2 moon shaped holes. Its used to make Hot dogs. I first learned about this from Big Bitch on the Wagons bus. Best tour tool a giant punk could want. 🤘🤘🌭🌭🤘🤘

I would like to hang out and cook with Greg... but so i coukd talk to him about crazy things. Different kinds of things than if i was chilling with Jay. But ultimately the coolest part of these guys is how real and down to earth they are. That's very refreshing when you on the road.

I am italian too, and I can say that he puts too much garlic and onions in there 😂😂 my God.. garlic, in the italian tradition, has to be browned and then taken away, not chopped like that. Garlic has to bestow a light flavour on the "sugo", not nullify any other ingredient 😂 but the Americans use garlic that way I guess. Cooking brian, fantastic.
