Overseas Pakistanis should only be allowed to buy just one property for their personal use on return/ or for their family residing in Pakistan. They should be prohibited to invest in plots only. They should be encouraged to invest in construction of high rise buildings to create employment and accelarate the pace of construction industries.....goodluck
You are wrong. Inflation ko Kabhi meet nhi kregi construction cost. Jab market mn genuine buyer ki buying capacity hi nhi rhegi tou apka 1 crore ka bnaya hwa Ghar koi 1.5 crore mn kese le sky ga? Ye sirf ap Sabz bagh Dekha rhe. Economy hamari tabah ho chuki ha. Logon ka belief invest krne ka bht mushkil ha bne ab yahan.

First, thanks for revealing actual position of market. I guess you are wrong on market recovering soon. Real Estate crashed in 2005 and rates took 6-7 years to recover. Wasn't population of country growing during those years? The real estate is slow market compare to stocks or other liquid assets. Once it crashes, it takes years to recover. Also Lahore and Islamabad property haven't corrected enough, I still feel they will correct further. Once you see panic selling by those who are still holding and waiting for better days, that will be where market will bottom.
