Take this album with a open mind as its truely an unfinished version of his thoughts and experimental sounds that he had compiled throughout his career. I mean that literally in the sense that some of these snippets and songs on this album were discarded songs throughout different eras in his life. Some features are essentially fillers and this album was sort of like a closure for those supporters that wanted to get everything and anything that he ever made in one last album. Personally I feel like ? Should’ve been the last album but I don’t mind that the estate and most importantly his child benefits from his unreleased discography. With that said, enjoy.

For this album, there are really just a handful of songs that truly are his. Ex Bitch, UGLY, Triumph, LIMBO, THE ONLY TIME I FEEL ALIVE, the interlude that never ends, Daemons, HEARTEATER, IT'S ALL FADING TO BLACK, and bad vibes forever are the ones I listen to

the reason everyone hates on BVF 2019 is because we were expecting BVF 2016 but that project is gone idk if forever or if they will someday drop it but its not what we got. X was still working on the new version of BVF and was probably gonna include the songs he produced himself a few days before he passed and not songs like "Voss" or "Northstar Remix". BVF 2019 is not a perfect album but to see fans trash it completley breaks my heart because the songs "Ex Bitch," "UGLY," "TITNE," "Fade To Black," "Triumph," "ATTENTION!," "BVF," "before i realize," "THE ONLY TIME I FEEL ALIVE," "Royalty," "HEARTEATER," "glass shards" and "wanna grow old" are all amazing X songs that were mostly all finished. I find it despicable to see "X fans" hate on BVF, even if the version we got was unfinished, it deserves more respect. Y'all hella ungrateful to Cleo, John, and X himself.
