Yo brother your video is one that help inspire me to build up mines . There were a couple of videos in fact all in a collaboration to get what u see . Pt4 of the chopper coming soon Be blessed Jah Rastafari Selassie I Jah.
Hey mate very beautiful chopper I’ve just done a PitBike build one myself nowhere near as nice is this but I was wondering how you made the bottom mounts for that engine as I’m not very good with welder nor do I own one all expensive tools like that what would you suggest being easiest thing to use.. I have a Honda 160c clone engine I want to put in my 49cc chopper bike but what chain drive thing are you running or can I just turn the wheel around the other way ? Please let me know and lovely bike mate 😃
I'm thinking about buying a predator motor and mounting it up but for now i have a old briggs 2hp flathead I'm going to mount and see if its painfully slow lol.. any tips at mounting the engine into the frame? i need to source a proper chain and sprocket for it and find a way to hook a throttle cable up to the old 70s briggs throttle and i should be set
@@au69miner okay because I was looking at the sliver version of these handle grips or the other handle grips for my mini chopper because i am trying to do a mini chopper build and restoration on my mini chopper and plus the Handlebars Z Bar Drag Bars 7/8 for my mini chopper man
Rear tire....130/60/10.....maker...Hua Jian.... Front tire....90/90/12......maker...Feng Huan You can find these sizes of tires all over the internet.....good luck with ur build!
@@au69miner hey man I got another question man what size is the throttle cable for the twist throttle and for the predator 212cc throttle system btw man
you can pick these up on craigslist for around 200$, running, ....but look for the junkers, the no runs...cost you WAY less...I've gotten 4 of these off C-list....all under 200$
how did you make it so you had your chain go from the left side to the right side i dont know what that part is called and in my case of building one i would like to know if anyone knows EDIT: i found where he called it so im good now
omfg thank you! guy. I've been looking for the back tire size forever and no answers anywhere , until you showed off that beast straight pipe, lol I the it said 130 - 60 - 10, if you see this could you tell me the front tire size as well?
au69miner thanks again, my frame is pretty much identical, I'm putting a Yamaha ttr125 on mine sadly I don't think it'll sound as good as yours though lol. I'm picturing a very big bumble bee.
many different ways to go with these.....I like to get it as far from original as I can....and keeping the build under 500$....you can turn them around in less than a month and get a grand for them, all day long!
I used a ....jackshaft calculator.....to figure final drive....they have them all over the internet....top.speed changes constantly....started at 56 mph....now 65 mph.....still not done...
I've gotten 3 of these off of craigslist...usually under 200$ running....then ya gotta gut everything stock...including parts of the frame.....good luck
nick podgorny get a mod 2 cam 50$ +shipping or tax......turn the idle down.....and try to stay under 5 grand....you also need a 22mm carb with a pulse Intake manifold and fuel pump.70$ for BOTH ...I have these....dont like the way they make the engine look.....took them off.....but they add MASSIVE power
+au69miner ahhh okay i was wondering if you had done anything to the idle. its a sweet bike, i have plans of building my own soon, probably with a 212 as well. thankyou for replying and being helpful, not many people are. would you mind explaining how the rear axle is built though? thats the one problem im having.
nick podgorny I would have to see what you're working on to offer any ideas....its very easy tho.....the use of a jackshaft allows you to put the gears almost anywhere....I have another vid showing what I was going to do....thankx for the compliment, I have another vid to put up soon showing its top speed, but I need a large open space, to film....it tops 50mph as is....with hi perfomance intake and pump, I destroyed 1 engine at 55-60 mph....if you go for power...you NEED billet internals....
The way it sits now...i got about 8 hundred into it....i found this with a 50cc engine in it for 200.....threw EVERYTHING away that came on it and went from there.....once they get built like this they're keepers
Came with the bike when i got it.....i prefer spokes myself.....ive bought 3 of these off craigslist....all had the same rims....tire i get new from amazon...
hello P Austin...this is a standard 212 hemi predator with everything you can cram into one.....cheater cam, 22mm carb, billit con rod and flywheel, fuel pump. tach
