Thank you for visiting my hometown where I grew up and still live. One thing though you kept revering to Baden-Baden as a village 🙈 it is a Town though not a big city like Berlin sure but a Town nevertheless. I hope you enjoyed your visit 🤗

You said at one point Baden Baden was a “traditional Bavarian town”. It is not, but you could say a traditional Black Forest town. It’s located in the state of Baden-Württemberg.

Slight correction, Baden-Baden is at the edge of the Black Forest, not in the middle. Love Bade-Baden, spent 2 months there 2 years ago.

I am from the USA, My g-g-g-Grandfather was born in Baden Baden in 1832. His name was Johann Gottlieb Grob. In America his name was John Gottlieb Grubb. He was a carpenter by trade.

No u are wrong other States in germany Look so much different. Go to Berlin cologne Frankfurt. The cities are cery dirty and full of drugs and thugs. South germany is the only place in germany that remained its beauty and dignity. Other states are very Problematic
