Men, go to the child support courts and get put on a payment plan. Do it all through the courts. Make sure it's documented with the courts. You will always have to pay regardless. It's best to do it the right way instead of having it held over your head. Get visitation rights and everything. DOCUMENT IT ALL WITH THE COURTS.
I tell men that all the time...some are so scared of child support yet don't even know that alot of the time they may be giving more than they would be ordered to pay from the courts on their own. Its better for all parties involved, child, mother and father.
It could alll be sooo simple. Child support is nothing to be afraid of and it ensures she will follow the judges rules and not hers! Court order is the way to go.

However, she made the choice to keep going back after the many times that he’s cheated on her and unfortunately he knows that no matter how many times he cheated she will always be there and take him back. Apparently, they died out after the show, because she never filed. Instead, she skipped states with their daughter, which is a big mistake on her part.

She has a father of her child suing for a couple hundred(on national television), he’s not on child support and plays house when it’s convenient. She has a right to feel some type of way.

Thank you for the "where are they now" video afterwards. We always want to know where the litigants are! And to be honest every time when a parent say that their child wants to live with them that can also mean that they miss their other parent as well. You can tell they both a mess. I know this is years old but people still be dealing with these sorts of situations like paying in case. Are you allergic to bank accounts or money orders at the least? Stop paying for stuff in case or at least write out a receipt or something.

Factually, this woman was already given the money to pay that bill and she didn’t do it. Which was why she was hesitant to even ask for the same money twice. Knowing that this was already supposed to paid is the only reason why she was asked to pay it back. Her idea for the promissory note THAT SHE SIGNED, so WHY? NO child support for 7 years and had our child 5-6 days a week, factually. She told several lies here (which I won’t get into), but 1st how are you in a relationship with a man you have a child with, but you’re dropping off the child to him at HIS house? 2nd, how can someone pay half of everything and nothing at the same time? 3rd, the relationship was on life support from the beginning. She got a bad boyfriend after being a bad girlfriend. There was never love or a promise of it. And last, [UPDATE] my child support is on time, never late, and no arrears (back pay). That lady took our daughter to Cali against the court order in dramatic fashion, but I get my time, and she just started high school and made the volleyball team. Watch how God works…..

Don't understand why some women refuse to go to child support court. Did have two women who had girls, to tell me that they waited until their daughters got old enough to talk and understand, before they allowed their dad's to have unsupervised visitation. They wanted the girls to be old enough to reveal if their dad tried to violate them.
She is not going for child support because she moved states. He could contest it and she would have to move back or give him custody because she moved the child without the father’s approval.
At first, I was about to question why she didn't file for child support after the show...but now I understand why. If she did, then he would have rights to see and possibly get joint custody of the daughter. She didn't want that, so she moved to California instead due to being angry for losing the case. She's not doing the right thing. 😕
Or she moved to Cali, for better opportunities & weather conditions. This is a man that was a serial cheater & that sued, because he paid towards an electric bill (not the total) to keep his baby warm.
