It's not particularly quiet, but it's not super noisy. The packs not noisy enough that I'm constantly noticing it while hunting. It's made from a water resistant material so that definitely adds some noise when you brush against stuff. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being the quietest and 10 being the loudest, I'd place it around 4.5.
