Ppv,nobody wacht this shit anymore, glory even not close to k1 that time, and everyone can see in tv,now ppv and and worst quality, bad business,I hope it will come a new organisation and make the things better than glory, enfusion and all this amateurs.
Badr is now the same age as Aerts then, and he has the same look in his eyes as Aerts in this fight. I guess it's a circle and I hope Badr retires and enjoy his life.
@@Federerfan22 it’s just a show of respect between martial artist . Aerts is a K1 legend with a huge heart who paved the way for guys like Badr to make big money in K1 .
I remembered everyone in the comments on the early videos said the ref made a bad called. The Japanese fans, team Aerts, Ernesto Hoost back staged couldn't believe the ref. The referee thought Badri Hari knocked Aerts tempo with the last hit. They can't fixed the fight anymore. It's too late. Most fighters left K-1 for a reason.
Maroccans are real fighters real warriors men in every fucking tournament with kickbox, box or MMA a Maroccan fights and they killing people 🇲🇦 big respect from Canada 🇨🇦
Peter Aerts was 38 years old at that time.. He kept going and fighting till 2020 at the age of 50! Badr though was one of the most entertaining fighters to watch that time and he was at his peak.. I miss those K1 days and wish they continued those tournaments
It's crazy how Alistair is 42 and just sent Badr into retirement finishing their trilogy 🤯 he looks in phenomenal shape, hope the match vs Rico will be a good one!
it's not easy to chop down an oak tree even when it's old. Aerts has a heart of a lion. when he was on his prime Badr was only a skinny little kid. this is amazing to watch
I think if peter aerts had fought him in his prime it would be a different story Badar hari is a legend too but even Hari knew that he is a senior fighter and he bowed in respect to honor him.
Peter his body was finished but his mind still a warrior. I understand why he would fight at the time even tho he was allready becoming old and slow. He destroyed some big dudes in his prime.
I really enjoyed watching Badr fight back in my youth, but then he did things like this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7PL3Ad8Dxy0.html and: ... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZgFf0xtQjxQ.html
Can't say its a terrible stoppage because Aerts was unable to do anything against the overwhelming pressure from Badr, but still kindof a weird moment to do it with Aerts standing up and still defending intelligently. Would've been less anticlimactic for everyone including Aerts to wait until the next time he would go down, which probably wouldnt be long.
@@Gattobuono ridiculous call, this is PRO k1 fighting and not some youth tournament where the protection overrules anything. he was even standing, and yes in trouble but so what? look at wrzosek fight how fast it can turn in HW.
Dude was getting destroyed. That was a good call from the ref. I’m not sure what other people were seeing. The ref is there to help you and maintain order. They also have to look out for your health
You know what happened in this fight? The referee thought Badri Hari knocked Aerts tempo with that last hit and stopped the fight. The referee made a horrible mistake. Sad.
@@Combatso2 I mean the OP talked about the attitude, and Badr was an a hole like Connor. And if you talk about the number of fights, then Badr's record is trash to Muay Thai fighter in Thailand, who usually have more than 200 fights, legends(tons of them there) often have more than 300
