no wonder why no one ever sees wizards nowadays, they're still clicking.

every other idle game: "keep playing, buy our microtransactions for a boost" Idle Wizard: "You have just started passive earning, now close the game and come back in a week when the rest of the game unlocks"

One of my favorite things I just discovered in this (thanks for the new game to get addicted to btw) is that if you change your purchase multiplier, it will try to purchase up to a multiple of that. For example, I buy 10 at a time cause I like it being multiples of ten, but I was gifted 3 trees from a bird. The tree then set to purchasing 7 automatically, to keep it at a multiple of 10

I actually was in the kongregate community my personal addiction to the dev was the idea for the archivist pet

So glad to see you cover this game. I played it years ago, and loved it, before a lot of the new content. Maybe it's time to start over.

Well, that tears it. Going to have to create a new save for this game....it's been so long that I don't remember how to play. I'd look like a monkey doing a math puzzle at this point. ABSOLUTELY F'ING fantastic game with soooo much good content it's insane. I started playing this game back when it was on either Kongregate or Armor Games.

Oh man, Wander is in for a long, LONG, series if he enjoys it. I can't wait to see more! Edit: if Wander sees this, you get better bonuses from mana sources (Mana Gems, Grimores, etc.) at 10, and then every increment of 25. Also classes become HUGELY important later. In settings you can switch to Buy to Fixed and scientific notation. Last thing, if you're in for the long haul, you'll end up getting into equipment, weapons, advanced classes, and realm reset. It's got a bunch of stuff to keep you building to insane heights. My last realm ended at e970 ish for memories

man I wish you could come back to this one and put like 20 hours into it. it gets so deep and has some of the best mechanics i've seen in the genre. I think you'd really like it. you just scratched the surface LOL

Ho boy, this is definitely a slow Idle game. Better prepare your bed cuz you'll definitely need time travel to get to anywhere interesting.

Turns out I got this game and spent 3min in it then left it for 406 days. Came back to 17m mana. Guess I will spend it and wait another year 😂

If the gem spell works by increasing each gem's value by 250 than it can be extremely profitable: 250*15 sec * 30 gems == 112,500. Idk if you noticed it, but the gem went to billions while the spell was active.

when he's exiling for the first time, he goes "i'm not even time traveling now" even though he technically is, his game is at a constant speed boost even outside of the time travel, for the entire video lol

@Wanderbots You have actually ruined this game for me and probably thousands of people. Now that I know that speedhacks work on it, there is no challenge. The developers have worked hard on this game. I don't understand how you can condone cheating. It opens the door to even worse manipulation of the game.

I play this game a few years back.. They add a lot of content and it getting more fun. The challenge also fun and provide good benefit to your progress.

TIL "Idle Games" exist. Apparently the games that founded the genre were parodying people who use bots to grind in RPG games. To each their own I guess, but these don't seem like my type of game, at all.

I'm curious if forcing time travel will get you anywhere. Thing is, time travel is an actual mechanic in this game. But yeah, you kinda ruined it by cheating

i just looked at my old kongregate account, and imported my old safe without a issue. its only a ongoing game of 3y 224 days and some odd hours minutes and seconds.

That is what you said about Card Survival.. which to be honest wasn't that deep. I'll check this one out too though and give it a fair shake.
