Hi how long have you use this bag? Is there any wrinkling or creasing on the straps? I just bought mine weeks ago and noticed some defects and i have not used it!
Hi, I have been using the bag for about 4 months. So far there are no any issues with it. You should contact Celine store or customer service , they should help to fix the strap or change it. As I know it is a year or two warranty, though even after this period, they can help and maintain the item🙌
