"It’s kind of nice seeing stars in your eyes. I had them, too. Used to be just like you." I think that's the line that hits me the most. That's the worst thing about this disorder. Remembering what life was like before I had it, and everything I took for granted.

Just found this and I love it. Anyone else look at the visual and was like “I can mentally hear that and ahhhhh”. That’s my favorite word when I’m around a trigger sound is just “ah”. I shall add this to my soothing music now.

Me too. Mines just got a whole lot worse lately due to menopause. I have developed a couple of new triggers.

On one hand, I feel goosebumps of discomfort, on the other, I really like the beat, on the other, the visuals are great and the trigger visuals are extreme. So um love the awareness

The ' yeah ' after every sentence is unironicaly triggering me, along with the chewing visuals 😭 But I understand them being there. But trying and ignoring that. EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THIS SONG IS SO GOOD AND RELATABLE!!!!

Agustina Mansur I sometimes agree heavily with that. My family doesn’t care about my misophonia and eats chips around me constantly. But then I wouldn’t hear my girlfriends pretty voice.

"Starting to think i cannot breathe. Blame it on coffee, i'll brush my teeth" oh YES! This line is everything😍😍😍 whenever i smell coffee i have to brush my teeth bcoz the smell is so strong that it goes through my mouth and i have this unbereable breath that only disappears if i brush my teeth😭😭

Totally relate. I have attempted quite a fair few times in life. Ive even try cuasing myself to go deaf by slamming my ear drums . Alot self harm with this suffering. Its hard to live with. However i have found my temp cure. I started smoking the green and upon being high i barely even notice letalone get triggered.i have even had my brother test it on me and i was to relaxed to even give a shh. But on those days i dnt.... well lets say alot of anger and a demon comes out from deep with in. We have to find our temp ways of dealing and avoiding. From walking away to hearing aids. Breathing excersizes. Not everyone handles it the same way. Very glad i found this video tho. Best of luck to you and everyone who suffers with this.
