Hey Man... I really appreciate the trouble that you went through to make this video. It was very informative. This is my first time dealing with "Newer" cars for airbags. Classic cars are super-easy! New cars, like the Hellcats, are very different. Too many things to run into, as far as install goes. Anyway, you have just convinced me to go ahead and pull the trigger on a system for a 2016 Hellcat, and I'm super-stoked about it! Thanks, Man! Younger guy teaching this older dog, new tricks! Take care!
Looks amazing 👏. I notice your muffler doesn't touch the ground like mine does on my Charger RT. Did your mechanic adjust the rear bags? I got my airlift 3P installed here in my home town Orlando Florida. My rear wheels they camber when I air out fully. My frame does touch the ground.
StarLaners wow ! Looks slick and shiny ! I use now the last coat in it looks similar ! There is a gap where ? Between tire and top of fender or so ? 1 inch is a lot but it looks amazing ! U used all stock screws to screw wheels back on even with 1 inch spacer ?
@@eurospeed4532 All stock screws yes! The 1 inch spacer pushed the rear wheels out more to the sides! It was the perfect size. And the gap is between tire and fender. Just the fender in general, not the top.
Awesome stance brother, I actually did the install on my changer also, i have a question with the coil over how many inches did you set them up on the rear? And what is the psi for your ride height?
Did your check engine light come on when the airlift bag suspension was installed? I just ordered my whole system and bag riders said it most likely will throw a code... and they don’t make a by-pass for it
Just got my 3P system installed today and it’s amazing on my charger! Can you send me a link to where you bought your rear 1” spacers at please? I need them as well lol
Just subscribed. Well informed man. If you keep producing content, i think this channel can do extremely well. Curious to why place the spacer in the rear, when you didn't change the rim or tire size?
Really nice overview. Currently looking into this system... Straight up, how does this airlift REALLY compare in ride quality to the stock springs ride? Both street and freeway. That's a big question mark for me. Appreciate the insights.
Hey! The way I have mine adjusted (full soft) It's bouncier. The stock suspension did a nice job of being stiff and responsive. Bags just don't feel sporty that way. And I hear the road more as well!
@@Pearlboards When you say hearing the road more, that's a good thing? Sounds like more interior cabin noise with the bags. Yet is there a stiffer setting you can use to quiet that down, or is it just generally louder now without the stock springs? Thanks.
@@ChristopherDillman Generally louder overall! Not a good thing. You feel and hear more of the road which is bad, regardless of what dampening or presure I use!
