Your dog is like “ Man , I helped you ALL DAY making this video , when is DINNER ?” 😏😉👍😆. Way cool build and as a fabricator/ builder myself I wanted to say “ Well done & great amount of skill set here “ ….. it isn’t easy to take into account all the hours & hours of planning, cutting & prep work to piece together a build like yours . Kudos to you for having the knowledge & apparently the tools and abilities to pull off this build & share it with us all out here in “ RU-vid -Land” Good luck with rest of build , and am really looking forward to seeing where it goes next !! 👍👍
You've got some skills. I'm 72 and building my first truck, a 37 Chev with an L83. I'm boxing the frame and have a Fatman MII front end. I struggle with the welding. Your welds look great.
Thing with welding if you think your going slow enough go slower. Started welding at a young age. Can almost set the welder by ear, teaching my daughter a bunch of tricks. Between the welder to each and lathe always something to learn. That sounds like a pretty awesome build!
The Bed is looking good! But I would consider changing the safety chain tabs. I think d rings would look and work better. or you could make them more flush and use the same style u bolts that came with your gooseneck hitch. They would be spring load so they would be retracted when not in use. I just see them getting bent up and people hitting there shin on them.
Much respect for what your building and your skills. I have just one question sir..... Why didn't your narrow the rearend sir? Looks like you could've narrowed it by 3" or maybe 4". Just curious sir. I mean noooooo disrespect at all.
Wow really nice build your very knowledgeable for your age. your going to be way past your GVW before you even hook up a trailer, its too heavy, built i
My part 1 video has me putting it together. But what some people don’t know is the frame is completely fabricated Not just rectangular tubing. You have to watch close in part 1. I didn’t really have that on video
